    That's great! I switched to this site from another food diary site and I thought I loved that site...but it didn't have other people! The addition of the message board is fantastic! It's great to have a place to go 24/7 when you need support! Good luck!! Stay positive and use the tools here and you'll find the strength to keep going, even on the not so good days!
