Hi,
I've been using a Polar FT4 for a few weeks- and love it,but have noticed that it's taking longer for me to get in zone. I'm still going at the same speed- or maybe slightly quicker. does this mean my heart is getting fitter?

Yes! as you start to get more fit, you will notice that your Heart Rate takes longer (you need to push harder) and your calorie burn will decrease eventually as well! This is a good thing!!!! It means you are doing right to your body!!!!!0
