Hi Team,
I have been fighting against weight since my teenager, and now I really decided to step forward and change my life style.
I have been doing Dukan diet, however, I am stocked at the very same weight past two weeks.
How to surpass this plateau?
I am working out 4 times per week, essentially Hiit protocols and Bike classes.
Any ideas guys?
Thanks,
Doug

Your body will plateau on most plans it’s adjusting and it could be hormonal2

As far as I know, the dukan diet tells you what to eat, but not how much to eat. Are you tracking what and how much you eat to make sure you're in a calorie deficit?0

Yes, I’m trying to track what I eat and how much so I can get a better idea and understanding of the calories and fat intake.0
