Hi!! I’ve lost 60+ lbs so far (started at 245 , last weighed in at 185) it’s been a little less than a year of my little weight loss journey but I still have a ways to go ❤️ would love to have some nice and kind friends to help me along the way!

    Started changing my lifestyle only a few weeks ago with the goal of losing 30 lbs! Anybody trying intermittent fasting?
    Btw 60 lbs in less than a year is fantastic!! Good for you :)
