Hi there! I'm a 30y/o new mom and I'm looking to lose some major pounds! Much to my dismay I gained 70lbs during my pregnancy, and I would like to lose all of it! I know its going to take me a long time but I didn't gain it overnight!! I am breastfeeding but I dont think its helping any! I also have a bit of a problem with sugar... I just cant kick it. I'm hoping I can pick up some tips and tricks for kicking that nasty habit as well as ways to get the scale to move without losing my milk supply!

    Hi
I'm 37 my daughter is 5 months. I gained 40 pounds, lost 25 at birth, then gained 12 back and started tracking about 7 weeks ago and lost 7.5. My goal has been to lose a pound a week. I'm breastfeeding too and have a sugar addiction. Would love a buddy, never tried to lose weight with someone that may have a sugar problem too lol.
    Things that helped so far
Is proportioned junk food. Back to nature chocolate chip cookies
Oatmeal pies for the oatmeal and breastfeeding lol
Oatmeal Quaker breakfast apple bars in the morning
    Entemann brownie bags
I'm at 1250 calories and then 500 for nursing

I’ll be your buddy! My son just turned 5 months and I just started on the weight loss journey. I gained 25 while pregnant, lost 15 through birth and have put it back on since. Cookies and other sweet treats are my go to for middle of the night snacks because it’s easy to eat quickly! I’ll try what you said and not cut out completely but to try in moderation! I’m exclusively breast feeding this 18lb chunker so I’m always hungry and having a hard time doing much exercise

Hi! I’m also a new mom with a sugar habit  I’ve gotten way too bad about eating lactation brownies and cookies because shouldn’t I do everything possible to up my milk supply
