Doing Keto, no weight loss in the past week!

I am on week 3 of Keto, but have been closely monitoring my calories to stay under 1500 since March 26th. I have lost 16 pounds since then. It came off quickly at first. But this past week, I haven't lost anything! Nada! And I've been very carefully tracking my calories and have stayed under 1400 most days. I use a food scale for much of my daily foods. I know a week isn't a long time, but I just started and have 100 pounds to lose still! Anyone know how I can break this plateau??

    You lost 16 pounds in three weeks? Give your body some time to adjust!

    6 weeks actually. But when my highest weight was taken I was extremely bloated and was having some medical issues. So I know I was retaining quite a bit of fluid.

    I have lost 4 pounds in the past 3 weeks on Keto.
