Gardien product question/meal prep

This is my question.. I made a small batch of meat sauce w gardien beefless crumbles and tomato sauce and divided into a couple portions. Can you refrigerate and reheat or do u need to heat and eat right away from frozen original packaging?

    I've used a lot of Gardein products, but not the crumbles. I always get the Boca ones, but I checked and the ingredients are almost exactly the same, so I imagine they would reheat similarly. I reheat the Boca crumbles in tomato sauce all the time.
