Hey.. been on here for 10 whole days now :)

and i'm doing my 1st 10km race in 5 weeks.. so I'm going to run 20km a week (100km total) before race day :)

obviously hoping to exceed that.. buuuut hey ho!

Look... it's on my ticker ;)

Oh.. and 1st weigh in tonight since my awful start weight one! would be happy if i'd lost ONE lb as i've not done well w/exercise this week!

    Good luck with your weigh in and your 5k. My husband and I are planning on doing a 5 k in November sometime. We are doing the c25k program. And WAY TO GO on the logging in. Keep up the great work :)
