So looking in the mirror this morning, I noticed that my stomach is not sticking out as much. Then I did a quick measurement (couldn't help it), and it was almost 1 inch down from two weeks ago when I measured it (usually only do this once a month).
Yay for all those damn crunches and love handle workouts!! Fist pump!!

Awesome!!! My most recent NSV is that i have a beautiful Guess dress watch from 2 years ago. I lost the extension link, so I couldn't wear it. I found it yesterday, tried it on, and it's loose! How big was my wrist before? I just love little moments like this!! Congrats on the smaller waist!!!0
