4/29: 139.0, 2 birthday parties with chips and salsa (my nemesis), BBQ, potato salad, bruschetta (which I made and the only healthy option on the table), Tres Leches cake (I made this lightened version for the 2nd party and did eat a serving), and red wine. I have food hangover…
4/30: 138.0, Sunday funday yesterday = 1 beer. It’s my ritual. I’m pleased to have donated some of the weekend’s indulgences, though.
5/01: 135.8, nice to see this. Highly doubt the validity.
5/02: 137.4, 2 dates = bloat from restaurant food. Bleh…
5/03: 137.4, impromptu date the night before. Restaurant food, healthy choices, but it’s still restaurant food.
5/04: 137.2, long day at work followed by a short hike. Stayed at deficit, too. Still not enough water.
5/05: 135.4, dehydration

5/01 135.3 1.5 mile walk The weather has been ugly today and I really didn't want to walk, but I forced myself out of the house.
5/02 135.3 2.62 mile walk Decided to have a treat today without checking the calories first. BIG MISTAKE. The bakewell tart was 470 calories. YIKES! Needless to say even with exercise I ended up over calories. Lesson learned. The bakery is not my friend. lol

5/04 135.3 2.44 mile walk I am beat! DH decided we should have a challenging walk up and down the dene. I am so sore and not certain I will be able to exercise tomorrow.
5/05 Totally forgot to weigh 2.7 mile walk. My legs are a bit sore, but it was such a nice day outside.
5/06 134.86 2.68 mile walk We had a big barbecue today. I tried to watch what I ate but wasn't sure how to calculate calories for things that were marinated. I mean you don't eat it, but certainly some of the calories are retained from it.
5/07 135.74 3.62 mile walk I can't even begin to state how disappointed I am in the weight gain. I have worked so hard this round with nothing to show for it other than a gain.
