    tired and discouraged - I'm losing weight (lost 30 lbs, 20 - 30 more to go) but everyone says how much better they feel after losing weight, and I feel worse - and I walk for fitness, and I should be getting faster, but I'm getting slower - I'm like The Opposite Person LOL

    My blood pressure is down a bit, but so far that's the only upside to having lost the weight, and it's the only reason I will keep at it
