  • this sounds great!! my ultimate goal is to be looking great by my birthday, which is march 25th, so this can help keep me on track until way closer than the other challenges, and through the holidays and such. :)

    Name: Liz

    Challenge starting weight: 176 (appx.)

End of challenge goal weight: 145

Your Plan to get to your goal weight: cardio/weights 4-6 days a week! eating smarter, being more conscious of calories.

    Challenge Starting Measurements:
    neck: 14 in
    chest: 41 in
arms: left and right 14/13.75 in
    waist: 33 in
    hips: 42 in
thighs: left and right 25.75/25.75 in

oh, and also....... i like the idea of weekly weigh ins, and i think added to that we could do like once a month measurement updates? since i know sometimes people's tape measure numbers can go down a lot quicker than the scale numbers if they're hitting the weights hard, so i think we should account for that as well as scale numbers!

and also also..... for those of us not in other challenges, or even for people who are, just to keep this group on track since it IS pretty long term, i was thinking maybe we could have like mini goals for some in-between dates to keep us on track? like goals for halloween and christmas. i just feel like having small shorter term things can be easier than just the single long term.

but those are just suggestions! i'm excited for this! :)

p.s. anyone/everyone can feel free to add me! or i'll add you lol. i'm never opposed to friends on my page. the more the merrier :)
  • ok i jumped the gun and designed one anyway (bored!) I can fix it if you want me to! If you don't like it, let me know lol
