I am so happy I found this site. It was definitely the boost I needed after being stalled for nearly 7 months. Since joining here I have lost the few pounds I had gained back, plus some. And now I am just 2.4 pounds away from a healthy BMI... and getting to a weight I never thought possible.

It's taken me 7 1/2 years to lose the weight (went through a period where I gained nearly 30 back due to emotional eating), but I wouldn't trade the experience and the things I've learned along the way for anything. Yes, it took me a long time to lose it, but I am confident I will not gain the weight back. I have made changes in my eating and activity and this is a lifestyle for me.

And the best part is, I'm happy. Plain and simple.
