Struggling with Weight loss

Hi, everyone! A lot of people on here are searching for the same thing as I am. Weight loss, a motivational friend or 2. Today, I made a promise to myself that I would do this, and do it right this time. I've never wanted to be a "skinny" girl I always just wanted to be healthy and I've really let myself go, especially in the past year. I'm really excited and happy to finally speak out about it and I want my journey to be full of positivity!

    Motivation is key to staying on track. I am also starting back on my weight loss journey. Ultimate goal is to be healthy, but also my husband and I and ttc. I have a long way to go but it's one day at a time. We can do this.
