    Vick again. Just wanted to say good job to everyone. You lost weight, or you didn't, or maybe you gained a pound. You're on milestone 1 of plenty, keep chugging through!

    I lost a little less than I had hoped but I went out to the bar on Monday night for cheat/refeed -- lost 2 lbs by Sunday, gained back 2.6lb in water weight and have only dropped less than 2lb again since. Suffice to say I won't be having quite a refeed day in the future.

    Hi again.

    I'm reposting in a bit of frustration, because after a nice start I had a couple of bad days over Mother's Day weekend (margaritas, pizza, a decadent brunch) and gained more than I think is fair (ha!) . . . hoping water weight will dissipate and by May 17th weigh in I'll at least remain stable at 186. Right now I'm just trying to be accountable.

    This week has been my hardest week. Even though I stuck to my diet and had NO cheat meals, I gained weight up to the 187s. I know it doesn’t sound like much but when you work so hard and hit this plateau it’s very discouraging. I would get to 185.8 and then stay or gain weight. It wasn’t till this morning I hit my record of 185.3. I want to beat this plateau soooo bad. I want to say to myself “I’ve lost 15 lbs so far!” But until that 185 becomes a 184, I’m still stuck. This challenge is helping me keep going. I can do this! I HAVE to do this.

    Current weight loss: -4.1lbs (my "on track" journey began April of this year)
    Goal weight: Ultimate goal is ~170lbs / For this challenge ~210lbs (I have to stay realistic)
    Goal weight loss: Ultimate goal ~60lbs / For this challenge ~14-20lbs

    No progress the first few weeks, why? Because I have been slacking. Major. Hypothyroidism fatigue can be no joke - even with my medication. Mix in a dash of anxiety/depression issues - well, ya know. It is what it is. But I am being 100% transparent on this because I need the accountability... These last 4 weeks of the challenge I will be ending on a strong note - but not ending anything! Just getting my booty back in gear. Keep it up everyone. Never quit - always move towards the target!
