Sent a request! Maintenance for me is something like 1800. It will be higher if I get my *kitten* together and start exercising properly.

Feel free to add me! My calorie goal is set at around 1300, but I eat a lot of my exercise cals back. I can be all over the place, but generally between 1800-2200 a day. It makes me happy to see diaries of folks who eat. Lol!3

I average 1700-2000, weekends are a bit harder to be accurate though. Currently in a deficit, feel free to add me.0

I’ve been averaging 2100-2300, but trying to push it down to 1900-2100 to see how that works for me as my current loss rate is a bit too slow for my taste (about 0.25lbs/week, trying to get closer to a 1lb/week rate). Anyone, feel free to add!0
