as the title says, I am looking for more friends to follow on here with higher calorie goals (anywhere from 1700-2500 daily). please send me a friend request if this is you :) looking forward to supporting each other!

    My maintenance cals are around 1600 but I add 3-400 exercise cals each day.

    Sent a request! Maintenance for me is something like 1800. It will be higher if I get my *kitten* together and start exercising properly. :D

    I am currently cutting, but I average between 1900 and 2200 depending on the week. I've had some changes in activity level so I'm in the process of determining my new TDEE. Feel free to add me.

    Feel free to add me! My calorie goal is set at around 1300, but I eat a lot of my exercise cals back. I can be all over the place, but generally between 1800-2200 a day. It makes me happy to see diaries of folks who eat. Lol!

    I average 1700-2000, weekends are a bit harder to be accurate though. Currently in a deficit, feel free to add me.

    I’ve been averaging 2100-2300, but trying to push it down to 1900-2100 to see how that works for me as my current loss rate is a bit too slow for my taste (about 0.25lbs/week, trying to get closer to a 1lb/week rate). Anyone, feel free to add!
