Angel food cake with fresh strawberries and a light whipped topping. For those not on a "diet" they can have chocolate syrup too.

Pudding pies are always a hit. I use one store bought reduced fat gram cracker crust, 2 pkgs fat free sugar free vanilla or chocolate instant pudding, skim milk, and 1 tub free cool whip. follow pudding pie directions on the side of the jello package, refridgerate and top with cool whip before serving. Sometimes I like to add sliced banana or strawberries.

Fruit salad is also an excellent idea, top with cool whip and chcolate syrup to make it fancy!

  • I have this recipe for Cool Whip Banana Pudding:

1 lg box instant sugar free vanilla pudding mix (prepare by recipe on box)
1 box instant sugar free white chocolate pudding mix (prepare by recipe on box)
2 containers sugar free cool whip
    3 bananas
1 box reduced fat vanilla wafers

Prepare pudding and let stand 5 min.
Put a layer of wafers at the bottom of pan.
    Then a layer of pudding.
Then a layer of cool whip.
    Then a layer of bananas.
    Then a layer of cookies.
Repeat all layers again and top with remaining cookies and bananas.
