I'm 45 minutes east of Cincinnati and I have 80 pounds to go. I'm following a keto diet to manage my blood sugar, doing yoga, hula-hooping, gardening, and dancing for activity. Working on getting a weight lifting kit set up as well. I'm hoping to find an exercise buddy.1
