Who wants to join in on a walkathon challenge? SERIOUSLY...Walk it off!
This is a daily challenge; however, your not required to walk 90 minutes every day..BUT, the challenge is to increase your time each day reaching or maintaining 90 minutes or more a day. Post that your joining and every day post the minutes you walked and the calories you burned. I walk everyday (almost) on the beach for 90 minutes in the morning. I use Map my walk which works with fitness Pal and keeps track of my calories I burn.

    Today I walked 90 minutes in the AM and 60 minutes after work.... total 150 minutes and 611 calories.

    Hello there! Im going to start my powerwalk tomorrow after many years not exercising. I really hope this will be a self kick start for me...
