Newbie looking for help and motivation... any suggestions?

Hi ya'll,

Psyching myself up to get started... I need to be healthy and strong and HOT lol. Scared to death and need help/suggestions/support/motivation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Going to Vegas in October to renew my vows so I have a short term goal but WOW haven't worked out/dieted constantly in my life and am trying to get moving :)

    I know it's scary!!!! I get scared too! Scared about how hard it is and scared I'll fail. But I try not to think about that. I am trying to concentrate on today. And today, well today I can control what I eat and if I excercise or not. MFP is a great place. I am constantly reading about other people's journeys and it's been a huge help to keeping me going. You can do it!!!!! Just set your mind to waht you want to do today. Do it and then you'll feel so much better, tomorrow will be easier! Feel free to add me if you want! ANd good luck!!!

    you can do it ....just start! Its important that you set rules for yourself e.g promise to exercise 3-4 days a week
