in Introduce Yourself
Hi everyone,

I've been lurking around for the past couple of months but figured I'd introduce myself. I joined the site because we started a biggest loser challenge at work a couple of months ago. I've been reading all the great advice (eat back those exercise calories!) and coming up with my own routine. It looks like it's been working because so far I'm the biggest loser so far with 20 pounds lost.

I still want to lose another 35 pounds or so to get down to my college weight of 175. I've been on a steady decline, so hopefully by this time next year I will have reached my goal.
