Hello all
I just wanted your help in knowing how I can measure sweet potatoes.
Do u have to measure it uncooked or cooked.
I always cook mine in a pressure cooker..

Weigh it raw, use the raw entry in the database0

I weigh it uncooked as that's how I have added it to my food diary0

So I would weigh it raw just going to look at database for raw entry0 -
I bake mine and don't eat the skin, so I weigh mine cooked, then subtract what's left (the part I throw away). Then I find an entry for baked and use that.1

Weigh raw. Then I weigh the skin after I'm done eating it. I figure the skin doesn't change weight too much as it's cooked.0

I weigh most things prior to cooking and will use a raw entry if there is one available.0
