I feel like I’m always restarting. Cheat meals turn into cheat days. I have to stop it!! I’m so close to my goal weight. Let’s do this!

Me too, if nothing is 100% off limits, there's nothing to cheat on. I'm like the meme cats If it fits, I sits... err, umm, eatsIronically, I eat a better diet now than when I was trying!

Something that finally "clicked" for me this time around is that it really is okay to not stress out over what I'm eating. No guilt. No moralizing my food choices. I was craving pizza all damn week, so I had pizza for lunch OR dinner almost every day all damn week. I didn't go over my calorie allotment, my protein and fat goals were close enough, and I'm ending the week around 1.5 pounds down as anticipated.
Shedding that moralizing of food has helped a lot with cravings and portions spiraling out of control.6 -
Thanks guys. I should have said that a cheat meal turned into “ok this is my cheat day.” And then it turned into “ok one more day” lol but now I say no more. I am staying strong!! A little bit here and a little bit there. Not a lot of bit lol0

yeah if you make things fit into your calories then it should not turn into a cheat day or cheat days. but sometimes if you are being more active and not eating enough your body will signal for more food sometimes and its hard to say not to more food. I just try to eat healthier foods when I have very active days or Im hungrier a day or two after being extrememely active. some days I overdo it but I get back on track the next day ,yes its hard sometimes but we are human.0
