Postpartum weight loss goals!

Please add me if your trying to loose post baby weight. I had my baby two weeks ago and so far I’m watching what I’m eating and keeping my calorie count low. I’m waiting to work out Until my 6 weeks are done. What are your postpartum goals? Mine is to loose 46 pounds. Since having baby I’ve naturally lost 17 pounds, 6 pounds when I started this app. So I have 29 more pounds to go!

    Hi there! FTM here, 11w pp. I was right on track with weight gain the first 7 months, but then in the 8th month I nearly doubled my previous gain, due to various complications. LO was born a month early, and I lost 9 or 10 lbs right away; the rest is coming off somewhat slowly. I’ve lost 23 lbs so far, and I’m aiming for a total of 60. Fortunately, LO loves stroller rides, so it’s a great excuse to go for long walks.
