Not so much in the weight loss, although that's going well too. I've never been able to do more than 10 min on my elliptical machine... and that's on a good day. Today I got on it... and went 30 minutes!!! And I felt like I could have kept going but I didn't want to push it. Maybe if I still feel great this afternoon, I'll do it again. :happy:

Although, I hit a number today that I haven't seen in over a year! :bigsmile:
6 pounds doesn't seem like a lot, but I finally got serious last month & it's beginning to pay off.
