Looking for stuff I can pop in the oven or microwave. I've read so much about Tyson Grilled and Ready chicken and all I've seen is that you should cook your own chicken. I don't have the time and I'm not a great chef. If you guys know of anything else it'd be greatly appreciated. It doesn't have to be chicken either, just protein based and low calorie. Sorry if this is too vague or anything, just can't seem to find info on good healthy meals that are super quick to make.

Google simple.ideals for cooking, you dont have to be a chef to throw a vegetable steamer bag in the microwave or microwave russet or sweet potaoes your protein can be pieces of chicken or whatever protein you like, poach it, bake it, chop up and sautee in a skillet. I keep it real simple also I dont have a lot of time or money so for.me its best to cook my own and stay away from conveneince foods that potentially have to much salt in them. I also dont like recipes with more than 5 ingredients which again gets costly so I stick to starch, protein, vegetable for most meals unless I'm eating low carb. Hope this helps best of luck you can do this. Also youtube cooking lessons.

I totally understand where you're coming from. Cooking can be daunting; however, grilling or frying a piece of meat is incredibly simple. Sometimes it's worth looking at a YouTube video given that you need this information for the rest of your life

So when I'm to lazy to do my own meal prep I usually go with cafe steamers or smart made. They are both really tasty, and healthy. Low in calories and filling. Just throw them in the microwave and in 5 minutes I have lunch.
If your looking to cook something I have also just made up some chicken in a saucepan mixed some bbq and onion then tossed that onto some zucchini noodles with pineapple.
Also done taco chicken on lettuce with black beans and other taco toppings. Both are quick and easy!
