Units for measuring

Hello,
I am new to myfitnesspal and I am struggling with measurement units when entering products for each meal.
Example, I was weighing dry rice and my portion was 20gr of dry rice. The package says 104 calories per 100 grams so 20 grams would be approximately 20calories.
I scanned the product and chose unit 1.0g and quantity 20 ( supposing it is 20grams) and calories counted by fitnesspal came up as 74. Huge difference. Is 1.0g = 1gram as for other products I have seen actually unit '1gram'. Am I doing smth wrong?
