Wondering if anyone knows an estimate on how much calories/macros gerneral tso chicken has ?
Also their fried rice.

    Depends on how much you ate. Was it from a restaurant?

    Bought it from Chinese restaurant in nyc. The combination platter that comes with general tso chicken, fried rice and an egg roll.

    Those items are in the food db. You need to pick which one you think matches the amount you ate if you didn't weigh it. If it is a dinner portion I would expect the two items combined to go over 1,000 calories.
