I am 57 and a diabetic, I have lost 18kg and don't want to put it back on...have yo-yoed over the years and would love some support with maintaining my current weight,,,

    Hi new to this diabetes just on nhs group to get under controll lots of info
    Making changes to my diet so all low fat low suger things i have been eating are wrong have to swap to full fat milk chease snd reduice carbs happy to add a friend re logged on to this site to track my foods have lost few pounds allready after putting back on most of the 3 stone i lost at weight watchers joined slimming world but stayed pretty much same weight the time i was a member and year later still same but. Now im working hard to change this

    low fat and low sugar is not wrong for diabetes...still need to watch the intake of them...I lost weight by reducing carbs such as bread and rice and pasta....exercising more, had to give up some foods that I love, hard to battle cravings some times...dont want to fall off the wagon so to speak....hard to enjoy eating when your watching everything that goes in my mouth....
