Pretty new to all this (macro tracking etc...). Looking to drop about 25-30 lbs. I’ve always tried to maintain my health but am finding the older I get the more difficult it is to keep the body composition under control. Looking for a little motivation and suggestions on intake and meals. Feel free to add away. Enjoy!!!

I’m pretty new to this, as well. I used to do Atkins but I like this much better so far!0
