I've struggled with binge eating for a long time. I've lost weight before while still binging, but that's not healthy, though it is something I still struggle with. Anyone else battling BED and trying to lose weight? Add me

I actually just tracked my binge eating for the first time and it wasn't even my biggest binge, the amount of calories I consumed is terrifying, and knowing that I easily consume more than that is even crazier. I really just need to focus on not buying food in such bulk I guess0
