Don't get too hung up in "motivation". Motivation is your drive and your wish - in this case - to lose weight. To lose weight, you just have to eat less and move more, and moving is even optional. Less food is cheaper. Welcome!0

I’m a 2nd year uni student! Currently living on campus where we get full board meals and have no kitchen to prep for ourselves.
I’m on the low fat diet but it’s not low fat and doing no exercise because of studies and constant tiredness has caused me to gain a stone since studying (a stone and a half since moving out)!!
Next year I’ll move off campus and cook for myself but concerned about how to eat healthy on a budget and still be able to enjoy my meals...
Any tips?0
