Every once in a while I get a friend request from a Swedish Bikini Team aspirant.
Truth is, there's a lot to learn, still, from the wonderful community here. I'm talking about you!

Are you talking about sticking with the forum, the diary or everything?
Using a food diary is a useful and simple way to manage your weight. The more you log the faster it will go as you will have more frequent foods and recipes entered.
The forums have a lot of information, support and interaction. Some people find that pretty helpful. You don't have to visit the forum to use the other tools.
No one can motivate you to lose weight if you don't want to do it as far as I can tell.
You have to figure out that you want to change enough to stick with it. If you choose a reasonable goal, make small changes over time and do sustainable things it isn't as hard to stick to as if you try to lose a lot fast, change your whole diet and exercise like crazy.
