After I quit smoking 3 years ago, I gained about 50 pounds. I have no clue where to start. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

Read the Most Helpful Posts thread pinned to the top of each forum. Put your stats in and get a calorie goal and just start logging. With 50 lbs to lose, you should probably aim for 1 lb per week. All you need to lose weight is a calorie deficit, what you eat to get there is up to you. Good luck!3 -
