Net carbs

Can anyone tell me how to get MyFitnessPal premium to configure net carbs . I’ve seen people do it on desktop. Which I don’t use.

    Users who have a net carb feature using the web version have a third-party browser extension installed, none of which are affiliated with or supported by MFP.

    MFP does not offer a net carb feature built-in.

    Premium has never offered net carbs

    Isn’t net carbs just carbs minus fiber?

    Thankfully this isn't a problem you'll run into very often. Most foods are logged automatically with net carbs.

    I have been logging food for nearly five years and have thousands of public food items logged. I can confidently report that less than one percent of those public Food Database items I verified and logged show net carbs.

    Nope. International entries are because that's how their labels are calculated, but for US foods, unless it states net carbs, they are total.
