MFP but I think my measuring for neck, waist and hips is not accurate as I can get different reading when I use tape measure on myself, so now I just use the first reading no matter how much it varies from the previous week. I have an old pair of pants, if they fit me I know that my maintenance is going ok :)

Sadly, I'm old school. I prefer it though. I have an old basic anatomy chart tacked a dry erase board, I write my measurements on there. When I take new measurements I get a joy out of erasing the old ones.

    Spreadsheet.

And then use the formula's for BF% estimate.
They ask for specific location - the narrowest or widest, so pretty easy.

Excel spreadsheet. I take measurements (and progress pics) the first of every month using a Myotape and skinfold calipers. Always first thing in the morning, before eating/drinking anything or working out, to make conditions as identical as possible.

For weighing, I weigh every morning first thing after going to the bathroom and before eating/drinking anything, and my wi-fi scale uploads automatically to MFP, Garmin Connect, Apple Health, Trendweight.com (web) and Happy Scale (iOS app).

Are you taking your measurements from the same place each time, I.e take measure covering the belly button or Adam's apple?
