So, all excess water is gone from body by now, now it takes slower pace. Slow but steady, I’m ok with that. Big loss was kind of freaking me out. See you next week7 -
This will be my first challenge, but I am in dire need of some support! While becoming more active in the last few months, I still struggle with eating habits. I need to remind myself I will not see change without making a change. I am looking forward to the challenge and 5 lbs is a feasible goal!

It was Mother’s Day this week and I had lots of tasty food plus a girls night out with too much wine so I’m kinda surprised I didn’t gain. I’m learning how important it is to just keep trying!

That’s only a gain of 4/10 of a pound. I bet it’s water or something like that. You’re doing great!

Plateau or not, just fine. I spent the past weekend backpacking with 10 Boy Scouts covering 20 miles in two days and eating a lot of (necessary) calories. I am perfectly happy with no change. Garmin and MFP says I "earned" a couple thousand extra calories. Not so sure I ate them all as I lost track logging on Sunday. I did eat a huge bowl of Ice Cream...YUM!
On my way to the Grand Canyon for 6 days of backpacking and eating 3500 calories each day. Should be interesting.

Whoot! Progress. Sometimes it takes weeks to see the scale change. I knew I was gaining fitness because the pants weren’t so tight around the middle but the scale wasn’t showing it. I’m thrilled! Here’s support for working towards another solid week of logging everything I eat and continuing to workout daily, even when tracking steps is all that I have the time for.

Felt slender this morning so figured I would give it a go even though it wasn't weigh in day. Glad I did! I was feeling discouraged from Tuesday, but it looks like it must have just been water weight, bloating, or something of that nature. Also went on an 8 mile hike yesterday that kicked my butt!...glad to be making progress, but my allotted calories also just updated since I have lost weight and I am only allowed 1,450 now instead of 1,600 booooo! Haha
