I prep a week's worth of my lunch items on the weekend- one ounce things of cheese curds, baggies of 1 cup of cereal or popcorn, 3 oz of pickles, 2 oz of nuts, etc. And then when I make dinner, I purposefully make extra and freeze individual portions and take that as my main. I freeze in glass/porcelain because that's what I heat it up in.0
