Hi! I am looking for friends who share dairies. I am vegetarian and eating 1200 calories a day for weight loss. Looking for fellow active members to be friends with to share food ideas and for motivation! Thanks!

    I eat fish occasionally but no meat and lots of what I cook is vegan. I'm on 1600 calories a day for weight loss

    Hello! lacto-ovo vegetarian here. Just started up again. Need to lose about 90lbs. At this point I'm more of a "carb-etarian" but looking to change that! I'll add ya!

    Thanks! I fell victim to being a carbetarian when I first switched off meat and hence gained a bunch of weight. Now I'm working on making better choices. Aiming for high protein low carb. Glad to be friends!

    Add me. I am mostly vegan but I occasionally eat dairy (cheese) or fish. I did the carbetarian thing too but I’m getting over that. I’m on 1200 calories a day for weight loss.

    Hey you could add me! Similar- just joined, shooting for 1200. Gained some weight when I started grad school this year! Trying to drop it now. I’m pescatarian but don’t eat fish too often due to the expense/hassle. Sometimes I eat meat to make my fiancé happy, haha. Would love to see what others are eating! Also looking for high protein low carb stuff.

    I can relate! A Recovering Carbo-tarian as well. I blew up like a balloon.....Switching to 75-80 percent whole vegan foods. Let’s be friends!

    Vegetarian here (lacto-with very occasional ovo and sometimes pescatarian). Goal under 1500 but been averaging about 1100. End goal was about 35lbs down but I’m generally going for what feels good. Had been planning 1lb/week but down 2.4lb in first week.

    I guess I'd be considered a flexitarian. I am mostly vegetarian but will eat meat if I know where it came from and who raised or hunted it. I only eat eggs that are produced by my very spoiled chickens, working on getting off of commercial cheese currently. I really can use more meal ideas too.
