Just kidding, i don`t consume sugar or carbs...I need more friends on here for accountability. I want a pizza and poutine.

    I do eat vegetables, no fruit other than raspberries and avocados I shouldn't say no carbs, maybe 30g net carbs/day. Blood pressure, LDL all gone down and off my BP meds completely.

    It's a solely Canadian thing. I try to explain it to people but they just stare at me like I am nuts....but they are missing our :)
