I have a sit down job as well. I try and do some steps before work. Then when possible I take mini steps down to restroom to get in extra steps. You got this !

Hey! Good luck! Make sure you give yourself one treat meal every week! This will stop you from going on a binge .. get lots of strength training and cardio in as it all helps! Make your food swaps such as cereal to poached egg on brown bread, or a sandwich to a salad .. pasta to whole meal pasta etc! You can do this!!! X

Just started two weeks ago! I have a desk job and used to eat healthy ish but with tons of sugar and pasta added LOL so I gained 20 pounds in 2 years. Now I’m trying to turn that into muscle and get a flat tummy! Good luck, you’re not alone!
