So I recently started doing the Medifast diet which I did previously and was very successful... so I decided to start up again so I can lose my goal weight before vacation... however! I am a true coffee fanatic I love my coffee every morning I’m really into Whole Foods nitro cold brew every morning before work With a splash of almond milk real good! However I saw Starbucks has their new cold brew I’d like to try but the sugars are kinda high... as I look at the nutrition facts on it how can I make it less fattening?! To at least try it

Do they have a black version, no sugar? You could add a sweetener instead.

Have them make you an iced regular coffee with a splash of almond milk?

I could try that yes.. however I wanna try the new cold brew but I think to be honest my best bet is to just stay away from Starbucks.. & drink my Whole Foods coffee

My first question would be what the calorie difference is? And if it's not much, find a way to shift around the calories to be able to try/get/enjoy the Starbucks version if you like it.

Low calorie options at Starbucks include skim milk and sugar free syrups. You could fiddle around until you find something you like.

I used to do the Keto Diet. There are some really good web sites that - among other things - show how to order "low carb" coffee from Starbucks. I will find them and report....

Starbucks cold brew does not come sweetened unless you order it that way. I just got one this weekend and asked for sugar free vanilla and milk.

Sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup and light (or a splash?) heavy cream. It is my Keto friendly go to coffee. Heavy cream doesn’t have sugar. Fat, yes. Sugar, no. Make sure that they don’t put whipped cream. I have had this happen a few times.
