So excited to show off my first year Maintenance-iversary! I declared maintenance on May 16, 2017. I’m not as toned as i was then and about 5 pounds heavier, so still work to do, a work in progress if you will, but I’m going in the right direction!

    I just posted on the "Back on the bus" thread, having lost 50 two years ago, kept it off for nearly three years, then gained 20 back. I admire your discipline! That's what I misplaced; I need to find it again. Two pounds down so far this time around. I'll get there.

    Great results, been on maintenance for 6 months it's not as easy as I thought it was going to be, I know how hard you have worked, congratulations.
