I just joined this week and I am so addicted. Just knowing that I have to enter my caloric intake, makes me want to stick with the number that is calculated. It is my goal to have calories left over when I click the button to finish the day. I am more anxious to get to the gym because I know that each calorie burned will help me wieight/health wise and to achieve my calorie surplus goal.

Same here! I've NEVER been one to count calories, but this app has changed my life! I'm only on week 3 but I definitely stop and think every time I open the fridge. And I wear my heart rate monitor and pedometer constantly for the same reason - I love having leftover calories at the end of the day! Congrats and good luck on your goals! :-)0
