Help, School!

I've lost eleven pounds and happy, but school has already started and I'm sedentary most of day while doing work and homework, and eat my calories of what I'm supposed to have a day but I don't know what to do. Plus the way I'm eating is different. I have solid meals about every 5 hours instead of light snacks and meals periodically, which is messing me up!

    try to get in 30 minutes of activity each day...i always went before class/studying so that I had more energy and didn't have to fit it in later.

    As far as the eating, bring snacks like trail mix and fruit with you to class then just eat smaller meals at meal time.

    anyways when school starts you get pretty busy and dont care what you eat ...
    so you better try like to eat light meals mostly to avoid eating solid ones
    i prefer you hide all the solids in yur house or just stay away i hope that works for ya :)

    I am only taking two classes this fall, so for my off days from the evenings, I'm doing my in home workouts JM Yoga meltdown, Where there's a will there's a way!!

    ( Full time employee, part time nursing student!)
  • Yeah, my dad gave me similar advice, and during the weekends too, when I have time. :) I'm sooo sticking with MFP especially now, because there are so many temptations there, and I don't to waste all my hard work!
