Hey, I’m new here and though I’m enjoying a more active and healthy lifestyle a lot of my friends don’t. I would love to befriend another other mothers, especially here in the UK, to connect and support each other.
A little introduction I’m Jamey, I’m 34 and have 4 children. I live in Cambridge, UK and my favourite way to work out is jogging through the beautiful countryside. Especially as I work from home

    Welcome Jamey! Feel free to add me. I'm a mom to 3 kids and work a corporate job, plus my choice of exercise is also jogging. I'm in the US though. :smile:

    Well for some reason it's not posting my comment properly lol. I also like to jog but don't get to do it as often as I'd like to so I tend to focus on strength and toning. But do as much as I can around work and kiddies. Feel free to add me I'm from the UK
