Late night eating dilemma

Hello there,
I have been a late night eater for quite some time. I have woken up from sleeping, ate something, and then went back to bed. I have noticed that it's becoming more frequent and I am having trouble cutting this bad habit. Has anyone else been through this or are going through this? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

I used to do the same. Two things the helped were to eat dinner a bit later so I wouldn’t get hungry during the night and stop buying the foods that I most liked to eat during the night. It rarely happens anymore.1

As a nutritionist I see this all the time!
Increasing your food during the day, avoiding sugar, plus eating something healthy about 20mins before you usually start craving, all help stop the late night craving.0
