    Congratulations.
    How much did you weigh at beginning? And now?
    Did you feel like quitting at any stage?
    I lost 80lbs in 6 months 3 years ago, i some how quitted and have now put it back on.
    But now am 10 days into my new weight loss plan and my goal is 120lbs loss and to maintain.
    Any tips you can give and daily meal plan?
