Hi I’m 12 weeks post partum, I’m struggling to lose any weight at all. I’m eating healthy and doing some exercise but not seeing any changes in weight I keep going between 70.30-71kg nothing less than that! Starting to get me down now.. is there anything else I can do to oust the weight loss? I’ve just bought some protein shakes and burn bullets to try and help fingers crossed

Are you breastfeeding? If you are you need to maintain an extra 300-500 calories a day to make sure your supply stays up. You can still exercise and eat well, just keep those calories where they need to be.
If you aren't, and have been cleared by your dr to lose weight, then log everything you eat and make sure you are being honest. I don't do any protein shakes or anything, I just eat regular food and count my calories and run every other day. It took me until my son was about 8 months old before I could really start my weight loss and exercise.
Make sure you are getting adequate sleep and PLENTY of fluids.
