I am 6ft large built and 226lbs. People say I'm not and my doctor isnt honest with me. No concern.

    But it's very, very unlikely you aren't fat as a 6' female weighing 226lbs.

    Yes you are most likely fat unless you have a ridiculous amount of muscle mass. Normal weight for your height would be around 50-60 lbs less
